Taking Tests Classroom Students: Your instructor will annouce testing procedures in class. Online Students: Exams are generally proctored. If you live in the Salt Lake City area, you'll take exams on campus at a U Online site or at the Testing Center or off campus at a U extension site. Out-of-town students must arrange to have a proctor administer the exam. Acceptable proctors include staff from a university or college testing-center, school district superintendents, or head librarians. We have a database of proctors on a website where you can register electronically for an exam. Also, Stephanie Quintero is the U-online program coordinator and she will be happy to answer any proctor questions. The email is ulearn@aoce.utah.edu and the phone number is (801) 585-5959. This class has a midterm and a final exam. Each exam (both midterm and final) has two forms, so that you can take an exam twice if you want to improve your score. There are also two sections of this class, section 90 and section 91. When you are ready to take an exam, click on the correct link below (midterm or final; form 1 or form 2, section 90). You be taken to an interface that allows you to sign up for the exam. Please note down all the information (time, exact location, etc) of your exam when you sign up for it.
