Java Plug-in Download Tutorial

We suggest that you print out this tutorial and refer to it as you download Java Plug-in

There is a progressive series of screens to select the correct Java Plug-in.

1. Open the JAVA TM PLUG-IN PRODUCT webpage, as described above. You should now be able to see a screen like the one below.

2. Click your mouse on the link that the arrow is pointing to.

3. Below is a picture of the next page. Again click on the link that the arrow is pointing to.

4. Even though this next page says for Windows Xp, click on the link that the arrow is pointing to again to start download.

5. Another window will pop up that asks if you want to install and run the program. Click YES, the button that the arrow is pointing at.

6. The program will automatically start to download and install itself. Just follow the next instructions as they come up. Accept the user agreement, and click yes for the location to install. Now you are all done. After done with the download and install make sure to shut down Netscape and restart it.
