Please submit manuscripts electronically, preferably in Microsoft© Word© format. Length is negotiable with the editor, but generally should not exceed 50 manuscript pages, including references. Submit your contact information, including phone, fax, and postal mailing address. Also enclose a cover letter indicating that the article has not been published, and is not under consideration elsewhere. The manuscript should conform to all APA Publication Manual (5th edition, 2001) standards. Five keywords should be included on the cover page. Manuscripts should be prepared for blind review, with all author and institution identifying information removed.

Please submit tables and figures electronically in their original format (e.g., MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel). For photographs, please submit electronic files in JPG format if possible. Clearly indicate where the image should appear, as well as a title and explanatory note.

References should be listed in alphabetical order. Each listed reference should be cited in the text, and each text citation should be listed in the References. We follow the APA style. For example:
