Research Statement
Using a social cognitive approach, I study parenting
and its relationship to the adjustment of children ranging in age
from infancy to adolescence. Both well children and those with diabetes are studied. This research
is conducted jointly with Professor Cynthia Berg, Professor Deborah Weibe, and graduate students.
