The Tools |
| |
The tools are applications that you can use to learn key
points, reinforce web text knowledge, and analyze data. Below
are the tools and a brief explanation. The full tutorial for
the tools will be included in the web text lecture once you
get to that point.

The Normal Tool |
| |
|
| |
The Normal tool makes solving probability questions
very simple when you are solving problems which involve the
Normal Probability Distribution. The tutorial is in the Normal
lecture.

The Binomial Tool |
| |
|
| |
The Binomial tool makes solving probability questions
very simple when you are solving problems which involve the
Binomial Probability Distribution. The tutorial is in the
Binomial lecture.

The Normal Sample Tool |
| |
|
| |
The Normal Sample tool allow you to take Random
samples from a Normal Probability Distribution. The tutorial
is in the Normal lecture.

The Sampling Distribution of the Mean Tool |
| |
|
| |
The Sampling Distribution of the Mean tool is a
fun way to help you learn a hard concept. The tutorial is
in the Sampling Distribution lecture.

The StatTool |
| |
|
| |
Based on your data, StatTool will calculate most
standard statistics such as: mean, median, variance, standard
deviation, correlation, regression, four kinds of t-tests,
chi-square, and analysis of Variance (completely randomized
and repeated measures, one-way and two-way). It also graphs
data. A tutorial is available.
