Starting the Analysis Tool you will see
two windows. These windows can be resized to fit your
viewing area.
Statistical Results Window(empty
white window): The results of the applied
statistical analysies will be displayed here.
Raw Data Window(pale
yellow window with numbers): Pregenerated
data are displayed here, along with menus for statistical
analysies.
Menu Commands(for
Raw Data Window)
File: Use
this menu to 'Open From File', Open From Database' and
'Exit' the program. Psych 3000 Homework problems can
be accessed by selecting 'Open From File', then selecting
the appropriate data set from the list shown in the
File Dialog Box.
Descriptive Statistics:
Mean, Median,Variance,Standard Deviation, and z-scores.
Correlational Statistics:
Correlation and Regression.
Experimental Inferential
Statistics: t-tests and f-tests.
Correlational Inferential
Statistics: t-for-r, t-for-b, chi-square.
Graph:
Graphs your data.
