C   Is incorrect because discrimination was defined in lecture as an actual behavior towards an individual or group based on their group membership.   In this case there is no actual behavior, just a general belief.  Note that while discrimination is usually thought of as a negative behavior against a person, it can also be a positive behavior to help another person based on his or her group membership.
