    Correct.
She is a certain type of person is an internal attribution, because you are identifying some personal quality, and attributing it to the actor (the  person exhibiting the behavior).  According to Heider's Naive Psychology approach, this would be an internal stable attribution.  For more information, see p. 80 in Myers and your lecture notes.
